• The grill features flat plates on the left side and ribbed plates on the right. The strong, flat cast iron griddle plates maximise contact between the heat and the food. On the ribbed side, grease and fat is channelled away from the food, helping to promote healthier dishes whilst also providing attractive branding lines. As all the plates are cast iron they retain more heat for longer, meaning that recovery times are reduced - so that's less time waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached.
