Once the machine is operational, the user simply presses pre-sliced halves of their chosen citrus fruit onto the extractor cone until their glass is filled with fresh juice. The citrus juicer has a speed of 1,500rpm, which gives a maximum output of 30 litres per hour. Plus, the Classic 11 juicer features a waterproof motor block so if liquid does enter the motor, it won't cause damage - reducing the need to replace the unit.
