• Allowing you to slip pans straight in the drawers is an excellent storage solution, as you can transfer pans directly from the oven to free up space for the next cook. The large warming drawers are easily removable, making it easier to transport food across the kitchen.
• The FWDG drawers themselves can accurately hold food between 68°C and 70°C. And thanks to the removable integrated water reservoir, you can ensure delicate foods don't dry out whilst they are being held - fantastic for pastries. A pre-set thermostat keeps the food at an accurate and steady temperature, reducing the risk of foods being kept at different temperatures throughout the day.
