• The Lincat Panther P8B4PT hot cupboard is a safe and effective way of holding food at at the perfect serving temperature.By maintaining the quality and temperature of food, the Lincat makes it easy to keep food ready to serve for extended periods - essential during mass catering events like staff dinners, weddings or festivals. The hot cupboard compartment is gastronorm compatible, with enough space for up to seven full-size (1/1) pans, whilst the top bain marie section can accept four full-size 150mm deep pans. That's plenty of capacity for any busy service, and as the pans can easily be swapped out, the cupboard is an excellent station for serving the masses. Once service is over, the cupboard is designed to be fast and easy to clean, thanks to the removable doors and shelves and strong stainless steel construction.
